We stayed for a one night stop over. Valence exceeded our expectations as a city. The hotel is close to the station, and we had a good sized room with kitchenette which could be handy. The bed was comfy.

Very friendly staff, really helped.me out to get a family room which was a suite...enormous!! My biggest issue everywhere is the pillow. Here I got two, one hard and one soft, perfect! All rooms were huge, clean, and quiet. The breakfast had all necessary thing and the croissants were AMAZING!! Public parking was less than 100m away with cameras etc. Location wise it was in the city centre. Perfect!

I used two different Appart'City apartments during a motorcycling trip through France in June 2024 (Valence and Orleans) and both were excellent. Originally booked the first one as our usual choice of Ibis hotels was thin on the ground and we were struggling to find an alternative with secure parking. However, the Appart'City delivered on all fronts - location, accommodation and value for money. Will use again without hesitation.

Very easy location to access both the station and the center. Quiet (I was in a corner on the last floor on an inside patio, may be different for other appartments)

This was an emergency booking after a failed AirBNB and the room was huge, not big, huge! the location of the hotel is 5 minutes from the central train station and in the middle of the city, so everything is within walking distance. The parking garage of the hotel was full, but public parking around the corner was relatively cheap as well.

The hotel has comprehensive facilities, the staff are very friendly, and they respond promptly to guests' requests. Their attitude is highly commendable.

Very well located. Very easy to find. Love the kitchenette, we were able to save on food by making our own. We had a long trip, so this was definitely appreciated.

Very well equipped apartman hotel. We liked the small but smart kitchen so we didn't request breakfast. Instead, we prepared one. Location is also good, in a couple of minutes you are in the old town. Staff was helpful.
